Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order if needed.
